Huey Percy Newton was an African-American revolutionary, best known for co-founding the Black Panther Party with Bobby Seale. Together, Newton and Seale created the party manifesto, the ten-point foundation. Under Newton's leadership, the Black Panther has established more than 60 community support programs including food banks, medical clinics, sickle cell anemia testing, and bus transportation for prisoners.
